How to Choose Your Ring Size

With Christmas coming just around the corner, there is that constant feeling of knowing what to buy. There are hundreds of different products to choose from and the decision is never easy as you always want it to be the right size chart present.

Purchasing a ring is one option that is becoming increasingly popular. Why? It is simple really. Rings are extremely sought after and loved by all as they sit so elegantly on your finger and are visible right throughout the day. Everyone wants to have a nice one on their finger, whether it is for every day purposes, an engagement ring, a wedding ring or even an eternity ring.

However, once it is chosen, there is often doubt in people’s minds as to what size they should purchase. If this is the case there are two options. The first is to ask someone who works in the store you have made your purchase as they are likely to have the knowledge and expertise to assist your request for help. They will more than likely measure your finger with an sizing industry-standard ring sizer.

Some stores however do not have this and therefore it will be up to you to measure your own finger. To do this you will need to follow 4 simple steps. First, you will need to acquire a ring size chart – these can be found on the internet by typing in ‘ring size chart’ into various search engines. The search engines will then give you results in which you choose from and enable you to find exactly what you are looking for.

Second, you will need to have a ring that does actually fit you. This could be one that you already own, or one that you have just bought. Third, using the ring size chart you will then need to place your own ring over the circle that completely fills the inside of your ring without overlapping. Fourth and finally, once this has been completed you can then see the letter that appears in the middle of your item. This is now your ring size.

Ring sizes range from sizes A to Z, though ladies tend to range between I and S and gents tend to range between P and Z. Size A is very small and size Z is very large.

Hopefully you are now fully aware of what ring size is for you. If you are not yet aware then please take my advice and try it for yourself now. After all, it is only right that you should have an elegant ring sitting on your finger!
